Raindrops

They always caressed her.
In her good old days,
and the recent bad ones.

Today she refrained from them.
But, as best friends do,
They knew how to come to her
And enlighten her dark room.
They kissed her feet as they lay there.
Made her feel
she ain't alone.
Ever.
that they would always
Be the ones washing away the dirt
Given by the tough tracks.

RAINDROPS,
Everyone called them.
CONSORT,
She called them.
